Frequently Asked Questions

1 credit = 1 second of video. When you generate a 10-second video, 10 credits are deducted from your balance. If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

You won't be able to generate new videos until your credits are renewed at the start of your next billing cycle, or you upgrade to a higher plan. Unused credits do not roll over.
